Meet Tina and Somar! Our backgrounds of growing up in a world of spices and adventures led us to want to share our love for Indian, Thai and South East Asian food! Basil and Masala came from that love of sharing finger licking recipes and exploring new tastes.

Bombay Potatoes aka Bombay Aloo are boiled potatoes tossed with a spicy mix of onions, tomatoes, spices and curry leaves.

Palak Chicken is an Indian curried dish where chicken is cooked with onions, tomatoes, spices, herbs and plenty of spinach. Absolutely delicious!

Khao Soi is a coconut curry noodle soup hailing from Northern Thailand. It consists of egg noodles in a thick, rich coconut broth with chicken. WOW, feel free to slurp!!
A vegan twist on the traditional Thai-style stir-fry. Crispy peppers, onions and broccoli are combined with bite-sized bits of tofu in a tangy sauce.
